If you’ve never experienced a guided meditation, you’re in for a treat.

Guided mediations are yet another form of meditation that is very powerful and at the same time relates and (gets through) to people that otherwise have trouble meditating or getting into a meditative state.

Like all things, they are not created equal.  This is a good one!  Give it a try.
